- By email: support@hikora.co with the subject line "Child safety".
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police. In Canada, reports can also be made to Cybertip.ca; in the United States, to the NCMEC CyberTipline.
What we do
- Reports involving child safety are reviewed as a priority.
- Violating content is removed and the responsible account is permanently banned.
- We report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities, including the Canadian Centre for Child Protection (Cybertip.ca) and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and cooperate with law enforcement requests.
- We retain evidence as required by law to support investigations.
