Delete Your Hikora Account

    You can delete your Hikora account at any time from the mobile app or the web app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

    How to delete your account

    In the Hikora app (iOS or Android)

    1. Sign in and open your profile.
    2. Open account settings and choose Delete account.
    3. Confirm the deletion.

    On the web

    1. Sign in at app.hikora.co.
    2. Open your account settings and choose Delete account.
    3. Confirm the deletion.

    If you cannot sign in, email support@hikora.co from the email address linked to your account and we will delete it for you.

    What is deleted

    • Your name, email address and profile details are permanently deleted from our database.
    • Your profile photo and sign-in credentials are deleted.
    • Your account can no longer be used to sign in or be recovered.

    What is kept

    • If you attended events, the event history keeps a record of attendance shown as "Deleted User". It is no longer linked to your name, email or any other personal information.
    • Records we are legally required to keep (for example billing records for organizer subscriptions) are retained for the period required by law and then deleted.
