Join us for a challenging full-day hike to Flora Peak, one of the most scenic viewpoints above Chilliwack Lake. This trail is steep and demanding, but the reward is beautiful mountain scenery, forest sections, alpine-style views, and a summit viewpoint overlooking Chilliwack Lake, Flora Lake, and the surrounding Fraser Valley peaks. This hike is best for people who are comfortable with longer climbs, steady elevation gain, and rougher mountain terrain. It is not recommended as a beginner hike. Please bring proper hiking shoes, enough water, snacks/lunch, layers, sun protection, and a rain jacket. Weather and trail conditions can change quickly in the mountains, so we will check the forecast and recent trail reports before the hike. Best for: Experienced hikers or fit hikers comfortable with steep climbs Main highlight: Summit views over Chilliwack Lake and surrounding peaks
